Troubleshooting

Some issues might appear while importing entitlements to OpenIAM. Most common of them and the ways to tackle the problems emerging are described in the documents, as indicated below.

AD filter to import groupsThis info can be found in AD PowerShell documentation. This issue is covered in Synchronizing AD groups and Synchronizing AD group memberships sections.
LogsThere are Java (LDAP, Linux, Script, etc.) and PowerShell (AD, Azure, etc.) connectors. Java connectors are on the OpenIAM side, and their logs can be viewed the same way as any other OpenIAM service.
