System configuration
OpenIAM has several groups of system configuration, all of them in can be found by going to webconsole > Administration > System configuration. There one can find several tabs to configure the system. Their description is provided below.

| System | Responsible for general system cpnfigurations. |
| System audit log | Deals with setting a syslog and exporting its events. |
| UI | Helps to configure the UI and its features. |
| Workflow | Deals with workflow settings. |
| Organization | Allows setting a cutom organization hierarchy. |
| Password | Settings related to password management. |
| Custom redirect | Allows configuring URLs or pages to redirect users after certain actions. |
| Authentication | Configuration options for user authentication |
| Challenge response | Allows choosing the group of challenge response questions to be used to secure the account. |
| User entitlements | The tab provides a way to customize and control access to different types of entitlements within a system. |
