View direct reports

Personnel that have other users reporting to them can view the access of their suboordinates as well as request additional access on their behalf.

  1. After logging in to the Self-Service Portal, click on User Access from the top menu. Next, click on View Direct Reports from the drop down menu as shown in the screenshot below:

  1. You will then see the View Direct Reports screen as shown in the following screenshot:

The supervisor will see a listing of all users reporting to him/her. To request more access on behalf of a suboordinate, click on the Create Request button in the Actions column. To view the current entitlements of a direct report, click on Access Review in the same column.
