The WinLocal connector is used to provision local users and groups to remote Windows Servers that are non-domain joined.

There exists two versions of WinLocal connectors:

• Version 4 - Works with ADSI.
• Version 5 - Works with the Microsoft.PowerShell.LocalAccounts module.
