Forgot username

For end-users who may have forgotten their login ID, the self-service portal provides Forgot Username functionality so that the login ID can be retrieved via e-mail.

1. From the self-service portal login screen, choose Forgot your username?:

2. The next screen will prompt you to enter your e-mail address in the text-box. After doing so, click Send Login Information.

3. If the e-mail address entered in the previous step was correct, you will have received a notification from the OpenIAM system in your e-mail inbox. The message will display your login ID similar to the screenshot below.

4. Return to the login screen and enter your login credentials.
