Request management
OpenIAM provides the ability to create requests to access which can then go through a workflow based review process. Upon approval by the designated reviewers, access can be granted. There are several types of requests and they are defined below.

| Approve request | How designated approvers can accept, delegate or reject requests from end-users | 
| Request administration | How authorized administrators can view, reassign or cancel any request created by an end-user | 
| Request history | Where approvers can view a listing of all previous approved requests | 
| Create new group | Where end-users can submit a request to create a new group | 
| Create new user | Where end-users can submit a request to create a new user | 
| Position change request | Where end-user's position got changed and someone needs to review their access | 
| Access profiles | Create and modify groupings of entitlements specific to a job function | 
| Request access from profile | Create a request for entitlements from an access profile | 
| Bulk upload users | Upload multiple users from a CSV file |
