View my access
In the Self-Service Portal, end-users can use the View My Access
feature to see a listing of their current entitlements.
- After logging in to the Self-Service Portal, click on
User Access
from the top menu. Next, click onView My Access
from the drop down menu as shown in the screenshot below:
- You will then see the
View My Access
screen as shown in the following screenshot:
From this screen, the end-user can view all the roles, groups and other entitlements they have, as well as the start and end dates of those entitlements. In the upper right hand corner, the end-user can click on the Create Access Request
button to start a new request for additional access from the service catalog.
