Managing Groups
Groups are another type of entitlement a user can have in OpenIAM. Like Roles, Groups are used to grant access to a set of objects. They are normally used to represent a collection of some objects such as specific team or group of people, may also package other groups and be segregated into specialized groups. One can see this structure in AD, which has distribution groups, security groups, etc. OpenIAM allows user to define new types of Groups with a custom set of attributes.
