View my access

End users can view a listing of their current entitlements from within the self-service portal.

  1. Select User Access > View My Access.
  2. From this screen, the end user can view all the roles, groups and other entitlements they have, as well as the start and end dates of those entitlements. To request additional access, select the Create Access Request button to start a new request for additional entitlements from the service catalog.
